At The Peace Company we are very particular about what we
offer our customers and clients. Some of our products we create ourselves;
others we bring in from existing sources, after a careful review for quality,
origin, and affordability. Because we want to encourage customers to see
themselves as peacebuilders in their personal, work, and community lives,
we select only those products that make the pursuit of peace simple, useful,
beautiful, inspiring, engaging, fun, or educational. Because we believe that
peace grows when you give it away, we also aim for products that are suitable
gifts of peace.
Our services - training, self-study programs, and consulting - are offered
under the umbrella of our Peace Leadership Institute. We know that for people
to move in the world as peacebuilders and peace leaders, they need the
appropriate tools. Therefore, we provide people at all levels of interest -
from dabblers to professionals - with the concepts and the skills to be
effective champions of a peace culture.
Finally, because we know that a peace culture will grow to the extent that
we work together, we also offer opportunities to get involved, grow networks,
and make a difference. We provide guidelines and encouragement for building
local peace communities, creating study groups, initiating or participating
in special events or projects, connecting with like-minded people, and more.
